Back to Base Camp
I’ve been training with goals of faster marathon running, ultimately working towards a BQ. Sometimes that means going back to base camp and building step by step. Enjoying the process and celebrating milestones along the way - in this case, a 5K PR, with a pace I never thought I’d be able to hold for more than a few minutes. Heading into spring marathon training with with a little extra 🔥 and a good reminder that we all need a trip back to base camp sometimes.
